Individual rate
$5.00 per horse per hour $25.00 for use of the sound systemRegular Group rates
$50.00 for 4 hours (up to 12 horses…after that add $5.00 per horse)ANYONE FOUND IN THE ARENA WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL KEY OR PERMISSION
WILL BE PERMANENTLY EXPELLED FROM THE FACILITY!
Community club events and schools will not be charged to use the Arena if
approved by the Fair Board. Regular rates apply to individual club members or families.
$250.00 per day booking fee - set up day is negotiable
$500.00 per day for events with paying spectators
Stall rent $10.00 / camper hook up $10.00 / wood chips $6.00
*You will be responsible for collecting stall rent and will be charged for all stalls used.
Reservations should be made through the Red Willow County Fair Board Office. The Red Willow County Fair Board reserves the right to reject or accept any or all requests for use of the building. If rules and regulations are not complied with – the party/individual may be deprived of future use of the facility. Payment for last minute cancellation of a reservation is a Fair Board decision.
Proof of insurance may be required.
Care and cleaning of the building and parking area will be the responsibility of the renting party. Building and grounds are to be left in the same or better condition than you found them. LET US KNOW IF ANYTHING IS OUT OF ORDER OR BROKEN. Nothing is to be left by the renter in the arena after their scheduled time. ALL PANELS RETURNED TO ORIGINAL PLACES. No individuals will be allowed in the building after 1:00 a.m. without special permission. TAKE OUT ALL TRASH!
The Red Willow County Fair Board, Red Willow County Commissioners, Tom Kiplinger, and the County of Red Willow decline responsibility for any damages to persons or property occurring on the Red Willow County Fair Grounds or in any building or facility thereon. Building users, renters or licensees agree by purchasing the use of the facility{s} to hold the above named harmless for any injuries or damages to persons or property whether intentional or negligent, occurring during or in connection with the use of the buildings or grounds. Red Willow County insurance covers the liability of the building and it’s contents, it does not provide liability coverage on damages or injuries caused by animals, machinery, individuals, etc. brought onto the premises. The renting party is responsible for all damages to buildings, contents or outside area. The renting party will be required to pay for labor and costs necessary to replace or repair damaged property –THESE INCLUDES PENS, CHUTES, AND ALL PANELS! Anyone found vandalizing, marking or otherwise defacing the Fair Grounds or its buildings shall be prosecuted.
Smoking inside the Kiplinger Arena is prohibited by law. The use of bikes, skateboards and roller skates are not allowed on the cement or sidewalks.
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED TO BE FED OR STALLED INSIDE THE BUILDING –we do not want hay inside EVER! ALSO, DO NOT USE THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING TO CORRAL! NO CATTLE LEFT INSIDE OVER NIGHT.
I hereby attest that I have read and fully understand the above rules and regulations. I do hereby assume responsibility for enforcement of the same. Party picking up the key is responsible for collecting from others showing up on their prepaid time. There will be a "lock box" to leave keys and money for daily use. Large events must pay within a week of the date used.
